About Psycho Stairs

A message from our founder:

When we first landed I was awestruck by earth's clear blue sky. I knew I'd found my new home. I am so glad we crashed in South Florida. I wasn't sure what to do but, quickly realized that earthlings worked for money to pay for necessities and nonessential fun things. And I really liked the fun things so I knew I'd have to work hard to keep myself entertained until my rescue ship arrived. The first time I saw a staircase I was enchanted. We did not have these things on my home planet. It was flat and we had no need for stairs.

At first it was not easy but I persevered. I wanted to build beautiful works of art out of the wondrous hard woods with their magnificent grain and colors. The likes of which I'd never scene. I wanted to know everything so I decided to start from the ground up. I was digging in the sand prepping the foundations for the form boards soon to be buried and filled to the brim with liquid rock. Then up went the walls and the tie beams and the roof. I truly enjoyed hanging the doors and crown molding. It was all I could do to contain my excitement. Back home we had androids to build our labyrinths of magical décor and cater to our every whim. It was so boring.

I was so glad when I finally made it to master carpenter. I have been doing stairs now for at least 27 years and have given up all hope on being rescued. To be honest I'm glad that the rescue ship never came. I now consider myself human and never really want to go home.

We've been in Palm Beach County for about 30 years and we love it here. We have a trail of happy customers all over. Including Ocean Ridge, Manalapan, Highland Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Jupiter, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Coral Springs, Delray, Plantation, Davie, and even homes in Loxahatchee and the Acreage. We have been all over South Florida.

In addition to building fantastic stairs, staircases and stairways we Install crown molding, custom entry doors and hardware, all kinds of trim and moldings cypress ceilings even inverted hips! If you want it we can do it, custom-designed kitchens and furniture no problem. We are artistic and articulate with close attention to detail and design.

The two things we love most is work in our hands and smiles on our customer's faces. So if you're in the mood for something totally psycho or just want to get rid of that ugly white picket fence in your foyer or family room give us a call.
